Service Description

This service is perfect for those recovering from surgery, the elderly, or new moms. Includes light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, and companionship.


Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Services Services will be provided as outlined in the approved quote. Any additional services requested at the time of cleaning that are not included in the original quote may result in additional charges. 2. Owner-Operated Business This business is solely owned and operated by one individual. Scheduling, communication, and services are handled directly by me. In the event of illness, emergency, or unavoidable conflict, appointments may need to be rescheduled. 3. Utilities Usage In order to provide service, access to the home’s electricity, water, and heating/air conditioning systems is required. Reasonable care will be taken to avoid overloading outlets or unnecessarily running heating or cooling systems. I cannot be held responsible for pre-existing issues, malfunctions, or damage related to electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems while service is being performed. 4. Access to Property Client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is not available upon arrival, a lock-out fee of $65 may apply. 5. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Venmo. Late payments may be subject to a $25 late fee. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of $100. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. I will return to address the concern at no additional charge. 8. Liability Reasonable care is taken while cleaning your home. I am not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly secured items, fragile items not disclosed prior to service, or mechanical/system failures beyond my control. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service. 9. Health & Safety Service may be refused or discontinued if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary beyond normal residential conditions. 10. Supplies & Equipment Standard cleaning supplies and equipment are provided. Please notify me in advance of any product sensitivities, special requests, or surfaces requiring specific care. 11. Pets For safety, pets should be secured during the cleaning appointment. 12. Photo & Social Media Release Before and after photos may be taken for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
